Alongside his wife Sylvie Ranger, in charge of the decoration and layout of the 18 rooms and the various spaces, the entrepreneur imagined a setting offering his guests a real break of well-being, refinement and escape. “We played very gently on styles, materials and colors in total harmony with the soul of the place” explains this creator of universe who invites aesthetes in search of authenticity and excellence to recharge their batteries and discover the fabulous instinctive and seasonal cuisine of Michelin-starred chef Christophe Chiavola.
