What early access means
Concierge gives you a phone number and an assistant you can ring and delegate to. It works, and it has not yet taken enough real calls for us to sell it like a finished thing. So we are taking a short list of people who want it first, rather than a payment for something we cannot promise yet.
How voice minutes work
Minutes are included each month and bought in advance, never billed after the fact. You see where you stand before you run low, you choose whether to top up automatically, and you can set a hard monthly ceiling we will not spend past. No surprise bill is possible.
What we charge on a booking
The price you see is the price you pay. Our margin is inside the rate, the same way any travel agent works, and the subscription is separate from it. You are never charged twice for one stay.
Changing your mind
Cancel whenever you like and the account drops back to Core rather than switching off. Your trips, travellers and history stay exactly where they are.
