Rata Cottage, nestled within the Birchwood property, offers a peaceful retreat for up to six guests. This self-contained, three-bedroom cottage features a queen bed in each of the first two bedrooms and two single beds in the third. A fully equipped kitchen includes a full oven, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave, while a washing machine and dryer add to your convenience. Linen and towels are provided. Enjoy 15 Freeview TV channels, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a shower over bath and heat extractor. A dedicated BBQ and outdoor furniture provide private space for al fresco dining. Guests have access to playground equipment and ample space for outdoor activities. Additional parking is available for boats and trailers. Complimentary calls to Australia and New Zealand, wireless internet, and computer access are available at our nearby office, which also provides local transport and shuttle services to Queenstown airport upon request. We're happy to assist with transport to and from local walking tracks and around Te Anau for guests arriving by coach.
