PARTNER NETWORK

Partner terms

These are the commercial rules of the StayBotic Partner Network: what you earn, how a booking is attributed to you, and what does not qualify. The programme overview explains what the partnership is for.

What you earn

You earn a share of the net commission StayBotic receives on an eligible completed booking. We share our revenue rather than quoting a percentage of booking value, because travel products differ enormously: hotel commission is typically several times what a flight pays, so a flat percentage of booking value would be misleading on one product or the other.

Partner

30%

The starting tier. Every approved partner begins here.

Growth

40%

Unlocked by sustained confirmed booking volume.

Premier

up to 50%

High-volume creators and distributors, by review.

Strategic

bespoke, 40% to 60%

Companies embedding StayBotic into a major customer journey.

Tiers are reviewed on performance, not on how long you have been a partner. Movement between tiers takes effect from the start of the following calendar month.

Trip attribution

Most affiliate programmes credit a single click for a fixed window. StayBotic attributes the trip, because a traveller does not make one decision.

When someone arrives through your link and creates or saves a StayBotic trip, that trip carries your partner reference. Eligible bookings made on that trip are attributed to you, whether they are the stay, an experience, transport or another component.

Where a traveller arrives through more than one partner, the trip keeps the partner it was created under. Individual transactions are reconciled with supplier sub-IDs behind the scenes.

Introducing another partner

If you introduce another partner to the network, you receive £250 once they reach 25 confirmed bookings, and they receive a 10 percentage point commission uplift for their first 90 days.

Nothing is paid for creating an account. The bonus is earned when the partner you introduced becomes productive.

What does not qualify

Payment

Commission is confirmed once the stay has taken place and the supplier has paid StayBotic, since that is the point at which the revenue being shared exists. Balances are payable from £50 and settled monthly in GBP.

Changes

We will give 30 days’ notice of any change that reduces your commission share or shortens an attribution window. Changes that increase them take effect immediately.

These terms summarise the programme and are not the full contract. A partner agreement is issued on approval. Ask us anything before you sign up.
